Where ideas and innovation
come to life.
In the heart of Adelaide, a city recognised as one of the world’s most progressive places, our new neighbourhood is ready to change the game and discover the excitement of innovation.
Sitting at the forefront of culture and technology, bold ideas, new ventures and creative thinking, Lot Fourteen is transforming the former Royal Adelaide Hospital site into a global innovation neighbourhood of entrepreneurship, research collaboration and cultural activity.
Creating high-value jobs across technology driven industries and the future location of the Entrepreneur & Innovation Centre and Aboriginal Art and Cultures Centre, Lot Fourteen is bringing together people from everywhere to share ideas and experiences.
Situated in the heart of the city, and surrounded by our famous park lands and Adelaide Botanic Garden, Lot Fourteen is a visionary neighbourhood amidst the cultural highlights of Adelaide. It is situated on a culturally significant area for the Kaurna people of the Adelaide Plains, centred on the sacred Karra wirraparri (River of the Red Gum Forest, River Torrens) and part of an important Kaurna dreaming story.
The city’s leading dining and shopping precinct – the East End – is on the doorstep, while buses and trams stop right outside, making it easy to explore the best in Australian food and wine. Add in acclaimed beaches, hills, festivals, entertainment, sports events and cultural offerings and it’s easy to see why this is one of the world’s most liveable cities.
The most ingenious minds in defence, space, artificial intelligence, cyber security and creative industries come together to share ingenuity, forge valuable collaborations and ultimately, advance the future of humanity.
Here you’ll be inspired by the company you keep. Lot Fourteen will be the new home of some of the world’s leading names in emerging technology, including the new Australian Space Agency, the Australian Institute for Machine Learning, Stone and Chalk Adelaide as well as the Aboriginal Art and Cultures Centre.
