About the Role

As General Manager, South Australia, you will be the driving force behind our operations in the state, ensuring that our hub is a catalyst for founder success. You will be responsible for:

• Leadership & Culture – Build and inspire a high-performing, values-driven team. Champion an inclusive, diverse, and connected culture.
• Ecosystem & Partnerships – Engage with government, investors, mentors, and corporate partners to solidify Stone & Chalk’s role as the centre of gravity for innovation in South Australia.
• Strategy & Growth – Implement and localise our national strategy, ensuring strong founder engagement, resident growth, and commercial success. Own profit & loss accountability for the hub.
• Founder & Community Support – Ensure our residents thrive through well-designed programs, events, and connections that drive their commercial outcomes.
