Head of Finance & Commercial

QuantX Labs is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Finance and Commercial (HOFC) to provide strategic leadership and financial stewardship as the company continues its growth and expansion. Based in their Adelaide headquarters, this senior leadership role reports directly to the Managing Director (MD) and is a key member of the Executive Leadership Team.

The HOFC will have ultimate responsibility for managing all aspects of the finance and commercial functions, overseeing key financial operations such as balance sheet management, cash flow management, budgeting, forecasting, and providing critical reporting to the Board and senior management. You will work closely with the MD, General Manager (GM), and Board to advise on strategic initiatives and guide key financial decisions, including capital and funding options.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional financial expertise and strategic acumen, with a proven track record of leading finance functions in high-growth environments. You will have experience driving financial performance, establishing effective financial controls, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders. Your ability to provide clear and relevant financial insights will be crucial in enabling the business to achieve its ambitious goals.
