New café operator sought for Lot Fourteen

The Government of South Australia invites experienced café operators to bring an exceptional standard of food and beverage service to Lot Fourteen. This is your chance to breathe new life into the Sheridan Building to create a unique hospitality offering that capitalises on the innovation district’s growing catering needs.

The Sheridan Building is located at Lot Fourteen, a world-class innovation district home to 1,700 professionals across 160 organisations. Tenants include global giants like Amazon Web Services and Salesforce, and prestigious institutions like the Australian Space Agency and the Australian Institute for Machine Learning.

The Sheridan Building, built in 1925, has been fully upgraded while retaining its stunning original features. The octagonal building is a short stroll from the Art Gallery of South Australia and SA Museum, Adelaide Botanic Garden and the bustling East End shopping and entertainment precinct.
