Job Description

As the Delivery Manager, you will oversee the end‑to‑end delivery of concurrent projects, ensuring alignment between product, engineering, and key business stakeholders.

 

You’ll bring clarity, momentum, and accountability to the delivery process—removing blockers, managing risks, and enabling teams to operate at their best.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, collaborative, and passionate about continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Own end‑to‑end delivery of assigned initiatives, from planning through to release.
  • Develop and maintain delivery plans, timelines, dependencies and risk registers.
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies and work with Engineering Leads to ensure realistic commitments and capacity planning.
  • Track progress and provide clear, consistent communication to stakeholders throughout delivery.

Experience: Essential

  • 3–6 years’ experience in delivery, project management or Scrum Master roles within software teams.
  • Strong background in agile delivery (Scrum, Kanban or hybrid).
  • Proven experience delivering SaaS or platform‑based products.
  • Comfortable working with technical teams and understanding engineering constraints

Skills and Knowledge – Essential:

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Internal and External Stakeholder relationships
  • Experience with cloud-based POS platforms or SaaS hospitality solutions
