Job Description

As a UX/UI Designer at MyVenue, you will contribute to the design of intuitive, practical, and scalable digital and hardware products.

About the Role:

As a UX/UI Designer at MyVenue, you will contribute to the design of intuitive, practical, and scalable digital and hardware products. You’ll work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other designers to translate user needs and business requirements into thoughtful user experiences and polished interfaces.

This role is ideal for a designer who has solid foundational skills, some real-world experience, and is keen to grow within a product-led SaaS environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Design intuitive, efficient user experiences across MyVenue’s POS, ordering, and payment products
  • Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity UI designs ready for development
  • Evolve MyVenue’s design systems while collaborating with Product and Engineering to deliver feasible, high‑quality solutions
  • Participate in user research and usability testing, applying insights to refine and improve designs

Experience: Essential:

  • 1–3 years’ experience in a UX/UI, product design, or similar role
  • A portfolio demonstrating user-centred thinking and visual design skills
  • Experience working within a product or agile development team is highly regarded

Skills and Knowledge: Essential:

  • Strong grasp of UX and UI design principles, with experience designing digital products across web and/or mobile
  • Proficiency in modern design tools (e.g., Figma) and ability to produce wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity UI
  • Understanding of responsive design and foundational accessibility principles
  • Ability to translate complex workflows into intuitive, user‑centred design solutions

Education Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Digital Media, or equivalent
